PHU YEN — The Malaysian-invested JRD Viet Nam Automobile
Manufacturing Company in central Phu Yen Province has been charged with
illegally discharging waste and causing harm to agricultural production.
Last
weekend, a group of inspectors from the Environment Protection Division
of the provincial Department of Environment and Natural Resources,
local environment police and An My authorities, met with factory
managers to discuss measures aimed at repairing the damage, but to
